Do you offer balloon bouquets or balloon décor? and if you do both, how to differentiate them on your site?

Actually, we offer both categories. We offer balloon bouquet gifts and balloon decorations for events.

How far in advance do I need to place an order for balloon decorations?

Balloon decorations take time, dedication, and attention to detail. we require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. I always do all I can to accommodate last-minute orders, but even when I’d love to help all my last-minute clients, the truth is that my schedule is limited, and I need to work on a first come first served basis. My delivery slots tend to fill up quickly and it can be challenging to find open slots if your event date is too close. I recommend placing your order as early as possible since this will increase your chances of finding an open setup slot that fits your schedule.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we do offer same day delivery for some of our products. However, this will depend on several factors such as the time you place your order, our availability, and the complexity of your item. Our cutoff time for same day delivery is 12:00 PM PST.

If you place your order before 12:00 PM PST and our delivery calendar shows the same day open, then you can rest assured that if you order same day delivery, your order will be delivered the same day in the afternoon. However, please note that some of our balloon bouquets and specially crafted balloon decorations require more time to prepare, and our delivery calendar will limit your options to the minimum time we need to elaborate and prepare your order.

Do you have a Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Yes, we do have a cancellation refund policy. Please note that all our sales are final. This is because we work with perishable products such as balloons, flowers, candy, and fruits. These products are not meant to be reused, and once we start working on your order, the products will no longer be suitable for any other order.

However, our focus is always to help our customers in any way we can. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible, and together we can work to find a solution. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

Only decorations that include rentals also include a take-down service. As the “take-down service’s name precisely reflects its nature; these services are exclusively limited to the take-down of our décor setup. We are not a cleaning services company; therefore, we do not offer such services and our responsibility is limited to the removal of our decoration only when this one includes rentals

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

While I always strive to accommodate my customers' requests, it may not always be possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed. The feasibility of making changes depends on various factors, including the nature of the change, the availability of time and materials, and any prior commitments to other customers. If the requested change is within my capacity to fulfill and does not disrupt previously scheduled orders, I will certainly make every effort to accommodate it. However, please understand that last-minute changes can be challenging and may not always be feasible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

Do you charge for delivery?
  • We offer free delivery for all orders $49+ within our delivery zone.
  • A $10 flat delivery fee applies to orders under $49
  • $10 flat fee for deliveries past 20 miles radius of Salem OR. City Center
    Up to 25 miles max.
  • $20 flat fee for any delivery past 25 miles and up to 30miles from Salem OR city center.
  • For decoration services outside our delivery zone please request a personalized quote.
  • When given the wrong address we waste valuable time, and an extra fee of $10.00 will be charged.

Do you offer specific delivery times?

For our balloon and flower gifts, we offer two specific delivery shifts -
morning or afternoon. When you place your order, you can select the delivery
shift that is most convenient for you, and we will deliver your gift during
that time frame.

While we understand that some customers prefer more specific delivery times,
we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors such as
traffic, weather conditions, and other unexpected delays. We want to ensure
that your gift arrives in the best possible condition and within a reasonable
timeframe, which is why we offer delivery shifts instead.

However, we do make an exception for balloon decor, as it requires more
specific delivery and setup times. For Specialty balloon décor, these details
need to be discussed and approved before placing your order. For Standard
balloon décor, from the product’s page, the calendar will show you, our
availability.

Do you offer anonymous delivery service?

We are unable to provide an anonymous delivery service. All orders must have a disclosed sender.

Can I pick up my balloons?

We started our operations during the COVID-19 pandemic when restrictions and safety measures were in place. As a result, we are a services-based locally-owned business, located in Salem Oregon. This means we come to you, bringing joy to your doorstep or wherever you're celebrating with our delightful balloon decor, balloon gifts, and flower arrangement deliveries.

However, we have been caressing the idea of opening our first brick-and-mortar store for quite some time now. With God's blessing, that day may be soon.
