Meet the creator
Ester founded Salem Balloons and Flowers in 2021. She is an Interior Designer with a Diploma from UNIS University. Her love for all things decor took her to the wonderful balloon and flower decor world. She is an active member of the balloon industry, attending training workshops regularly. She is a certified Professional Balloon Designer (PBD) with a diploma from the Florida Department of Education. She also is a certified florist with a diploma issued by the Portland Floral Institute (PFI) She specializes in balloon decorating and balloon installation, and she has a gorgeous and stunning range of Balloon and Flower arrangement delivery services in Salem Oregon, and nearby cities.
Ester considers herself a very blessed woman who gets to work every day on what she loves, making people happy with her one of a kind creations!
